Who Are The Top Players & What Roles Will They Play During The Season?
NEXT UP: St. Brendan 2024 Standout Isaac Brown

As we are now in the off-season, it’s a time to be safe, but at the same time, be productive and take advantage of every opportunity to get better.

No matter what class they play in – or what college they have in mind, these athletes in south Florida continue to elevate their standing by competing pretty much year-round.

Having the pleasure of watching so many football prospects LIVE in game conditions, we have that opportunity to discover much more than the athletes that are hyped and pushed out by every recruiting service and fan website.

Anyone can watch a film and be an “expert”, but very few can make the effort to promote prospects nobody sees or talks about by watching them play.

PLAYER: Isaac Brown

SCHOOL: Miami St. Brendan

CLASS: 2024

SCOUTING: When we tell people to get out and really watch these athletes players perform live, it’s because you can see everything the athlete brings to the table – and there is very little guess work.

Evaluating is not just having an “eye for talent”, but understanding the entire process – and what to look for outside of the obvious size, strength, speed and athleticism.

What recruiting comes down to is appreciating everything the athlete brings to the table – and this young man certainly brings so much to his game. Just watch him play one game and you will see why he is beyond his years. He is a worker and will give everything he has.

The minute he starts to run with the ball, you can tell what kind of football player he is. Quick, elusive and versatile. He lines up in the slot, takes off on “Jet Sweeps” and is durable. This is a tremendous athlete who is so fun to watch.

You see all the things he did as a freshman and start to project to toward the future, and that’s why all the college interest has fallen in his direction so far this winter – after amassing nearly 800 yards during a Covid-shortened season.

When all is said and done, this gifted young man can play this game, and as he continues to mature, there is no telling what he is capable of doing. The sky is certainly the limit for this student/athlete.

For the past 51 years, we have spent time going from games to practices, camps, combines and 7-on-7 events. We will remain steadfast to promote all south Florida’s high school football prospects.
