Who Are The Top Players & What Roles Will They Play During The Season?
SUMMER PROSPECT WATCH: Posse Riding A Big Arm At QB

While many were skeptical about having so many post-Covid college camps and 7-on-7 events, things have really worked out perfectly for these high school athletes – and yes – the college coaches.

An event nearly every day at colleges and universities throughout the country have opened things up – and it has put several eyeballs on so many student/athletes who needed the exposure.

Taking football away from anyone is always going to be tough, but when you do it to south Floridians, you are taking away just about everything from their daily lives.

POSSE PROFILE

PLAYER: Adrian Posse

POSITION: QB

SCHOOL: Miami Monsignor Pace

CLASS: 2024

HEIGHT: 6-5

WEIGHT: 205

SCOUTING: When reality hits and we check the quarterbacks who have turned heads nationally from the state of Florida, you will find the numbers are low. It has always been that way.

While we have more than produced elite signal callers in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, this is not the place where colleges run to each year, but that is starting to change.

This impressive prospect has been at the top of his game the past two-plus years, and that is something that colleges from all over the country have taken notice of.

Here is a talent with a strong and accurate arm – and his poise is something that you don’t see from someone his age. Watched him in his spring game and he continued to showcase a total prospect, who also gets it done in the classroom.

His head coach Mario Perez certainly has been around plenty of elite quarterbacks in his time, and he looks at Posse as one of the best he has coached so far, but there is a long way to go.

The only thing that is separating this young man from a Power 5 scholarship is three years and plenty of experience. He is one of those impressive football players, who can do it all – and now all that is left is to refine it.
