Getting lost in the shuffle, especially in south Florida and particularly when you are a younger player, is not hard to do.

This area is so alive with football talent that you have prospects – in the past – that went nearly three years before many colleges and recruiting services were all over them.

Take a look at the talent on each and every roster and you will find prospects who are worthy of making a big deal about, but because there are so many impressive football players, it has become a process.

With the 2020 season starting hopefully sooner than later, you will begin to see younger and younger talent emerge on fields across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

From the time he stepped on a high school football field, Jayvon was a success. His ability to this game at a high level is the one thing that that everyone will start to find out about this coming year.

His play as a sophomore may have gone unnoticed by many on the outside, but if you ask head coach Earl Sims and the players on this Gulliver Prep football team, they will tell you how valuable this young man was then – and will be – moving forward.
