Who Are The Top Players & What Roles Will They Play During The Season?
Peter Zamora Anxious To Make A Splash At 8A Power Deerfield Beach

There are many advantages of playing football in south Florida from a young age.

The youth programs are far superior than most areas of the country – and you are tested by high level talent from the first day you participate.

The youth coaches also encourage development, getting these young athletes ready to compete in the most talented high school regions in the country.

Perhaps the most important part of living in south Florida are the events and coaching that goes on from the very beginning. That combination has proven to be very successful for so many current high school football players.

PLAYER: Peter Zamora

SCHOOL: Deerfield Beach

CLASS: 2022

SCOUTING: Before he ever arrived at Cardinal Gibbons as a freshman, this is a young man who had carved out a positive reputation as a talented and skilled quarterback prospect, following in the footsteps of some young passers on the way up.

After a 5A state title with the Chiefs, Zamora moved to Monarch this past season, and surrounded by some quality playmakers and coaching, he further matured and showed why he is indeed one of the emerging stars of the south Florida football landscape.

With an off season move to attend Deerfield Beach, the sky is certainly the limit for head coach Jevon Glenn’s Bucks.

This is gifted quarterback prospects with a strong and accurate arm and a leadership quality that is truly needed by players who compete at this position.

Recognized by college coaches and fellow prospects as a rising talent, this is someone that everyone will need to watch when the 2020 season finally unfolds.

For the past 50 years, we have spent more time on football fields than anyone in the country. From games to practices, camps, combines and 7-on-7 events, nobody has evaluated more football talent than we have – and as we are in the midst of a pandemic like no other time before – we will remain steadfast to promote all south Florida’s high school football prospects.
