Receivers/TE Turn Heads At South Florida Miami Combine.

MIAMI – By now if you have followed what we do for any length of time, it should come as no surprise that when we tell you that if you take the time to attend one of our events, you will be promoted – over and over.

It has never been our objective to take your money without giving you something positive in return.

Over the length of any career that these high school athletes are making for themselves, we are there right behind, promoting and exposing – giving college coaches and fans an opportunity to learn about football talent from Florida – no matter what class or level they play.

With camps and combines costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars to attend, the only investment made is that one day. Nobody who runs these things would take the time to break every camper down, taking photos and videos and continue to shine the spotlight year round for all to follow.

RECEIVERS/ TIGHT ENDS GAIN PLENTY OF EXPOSURE

Whether you are a graduating senior or an undergraduate with years left to show what you have is the South Florida Football Combine – Miami stop has been designed to impact the athlete.

If they have social media, we tag them for all to see. If they have played enough to have film, we get that out as well. NOBODY does that. They just do not have the right resources and are not in this for the right reasons.

Ask any event where the information from the combines are going and what colleges will see it and they stumble for answers. We do not have to hold anything back – because we have over 600 college coaches that continue to follow us and over 100,000 social media users that see EVERYTHING that we post.

As we continue to spotlight every student/athlete that attended – we move from quarterback to running back, and today – receivers and tight ends.

Running Backs Jump Into The Spotlight At South Florida Combine

MIAMI – One of the positions that college coaches routinely come to south Florida for are running backs.

Through the years the Sunshine State has been home to numerous runners who have not only impact collegiately but in the NFL as well.

While receivers and defensive secondary prospects always dominate the talent pool, college coaches are making extra stops to check out runners who can energize their programs – in an instant.

As the South Florida Combine had the chance to showcase many position, those at the Miami stop were indeed special.

Here is a look at some of those prospects who stepped up their game:

2025 - Elijah Dewoskin, RB, 5-10, 183, Pembroke Pines West Broward. 3.4 GPA. Another south Florida area football talent who will emerge as one many players that the Bobcats will use in 2023. While he got lost in the shuffle at times during his sophomore season, you can almost guarantee that this won’t happen this coming season for a program that advanced to the state playoffs. Runs hard on every play and knows how to block as well. The definition of a TEAM player.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/profile/16777305/Elijah-DeWoskin

2024 -Widley Jean-Francois, RB, 5-9, 180, Miami St. Brendan. 3.17 GPA. Not only did he show off his testing numbers, but we all know that productivity is everything and this young man really made it happen for the Sabres this past season with 745 yards rushing and 114 receiving yards. Will be one to watch this off-season and into 2023.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/profile/16213303/Widley-Jean-Francois

2026 - Christian Jones, RB, 5-8, 190, Pembroke Pines Flanagan. 3.0 GPA. One of the up-and-coming talents that didn’t have the chance to make a difference during his sophomore season, but judging by his performance at the combine, this is someone we will be tracking throughout 2023 and beyond.

2025 - Sinorice Moss Jr., RB, 5-9, 190, Davie Western. 3.5 GPA. If the name sounds familiar to south Florida sports fans, it should. This is the son of one-time standout Sinorice Moss. A two-sport standout who brings so much to the table as an athlete, and the Wildcats have plans for this quality talent who attends as many events as possible for exposure. He showcased plenty of skill at the event and will continue to improve and mature. Also gets it done in the classroom.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/profile/16787213/Sinorice-Moss-Jr

2024 - Dylan Taylor, RB, 5-9, 175, Miramar. While 2022 was a learning and transition period, here is a young man who has the talent to make the 2023 season special. Started the off-season with a solid combine performance. This is someone who is not afraid to attend many things and work hard.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/16842028/61dd45852ab1250b485317c9

2025 - Chance Washington, RB, 5-11, 210, Plantation American Heritage. 3.9 GPA. Since youth football, this is a quality young man that everyone has talked about. Spending the first two seasons at Davie Western, he makes his move over to 2M state finalist Plantation American Heritage. This is a gifted runner who is quick, strong and powerful. He adds plenty to any team that he is part of. In addition, his work in the classroom is stellar – adding to a prospect who is already getting plenty of attention.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/16484810/6367c99ada515c0c204ba663

Quarterbacks Showcase Skills At South Florida Miami Combine

MIAMI – With so many qualified football prospects attending Sunday’s Miami South Florida Football Combine at Ives Park, the one position that really surprised was quarterback.

Go to any camp or combine in south Florida and you will find some amazing football talent at just about every position. But the one spot that rarely takes center stage – the quarterback.

While the position is definitely making major strides, it still hasn’t been a pipeline to the next level – but that is starting to change.

On Sunday, quarterbacks stole the show – with talent come from every class.

“I have been to a ton of these combines,” said former Miami Dolphin receiver Chris Chambers. “It’s usually the quarterback position that falls behind. That was not the cas  e for this combine.”

Nine prospects showed up and definitely showed out. Here is a look at those players who turned some heads.

2024 - Kael Alexander, QB, 6-4, 185, Miramar – 4.57 GPA. Ever since transferring last summer, here is someone who has been able to impress and turned heads – leading the Patriots three rounds deep in the 3M state playoffs.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/profile/14740851/kael-alexander

2026 - Kymani Corbett, QB, 6-2, 175, Homestead – 3.0 GPA. Following in the footsteps of his family who played this game at a high level. Came to the defending 3M state runner up from Homestead Somerset Silver Palms last year. This is definitely someone to keep an eye on.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/profile/14949947/Kymani-Corbett

2025 - Devin Gonzalez, QB, 6-0, 170, Weston Cypress Bay – 3.5 GPA. Another prospects who matured and

Showcased some tremendous skills after coming over from Pembroke Pines Flanagan. He continues to prove that he will be on of the best.

2025 - Lincoln Graf, QB, 6-0, 170, Delray Beach Atlantic – 4.23 GPA. Another talent that continues to improve and reach his potential in Palm Beach County in a program that has long been known for producing impressive talent.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/profile/15877812/Lincoln-Graf

2024 - Jamaal Haggins, Jr., QB, 6-1, 170, Miami Dr. Krop. Before last Sunday’s event here is someone who was not on the radar outside of the school. He had a solid season leading the Lightening two rounds deep in the state playoffs. Throw a very good ball and is athletic enough to make plays.

TAPE: https://access.qwikcut.com/highlights/63d1ee48540678ca06434f35

2024 - Aidan Karsh, QB, 6-3, 230, Miami Monsignor Pace – 4.15 GPA. Was one of those standouts who improved greatly for the Spartans this past season with his skills and size. Another one to keep an eye on.
TAPE:

2023 - Tarquan Nelson, QB, 6-0, 170, Fort Lauderdale – 3.8 GPA. The only senior quarterback who attended the event and showed the college coaches who attended that he can play.
TAPE:

2024 - Nick Rubino, QB, 6-2, 190, Choate Rosemary Hall, Connecticut – 3.8 GPA. When he left Miami Ransom Everglades at the end of the 2022 season, this was a gifted young man who indeed left a major mark. Easily one of the top prospects that you had to watch to appreciate His return to south Florida was special as he still has those same skills.

TAPE: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/12867598/619d27315b47fa09b8d2cf79

2024 - Luke Warnock, QB, 6-0, 190, West Palm Beach Cardinal Newman – 4.0 GPA. Another quarterback who left at the start of his junior season, heading to Palm Beach County from Fort Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons and led his team an unbeaten regular season.

South Florida Miami Combine Sets The Tone For The Off-Season

MIAMI – As former Miami Dolphin receiver Chris Chambers greeted over 100 south Florida football prospects last Sunday, he talked about exposure and how not everyone is out to assist you.

With high priced off-season camps and combines out showcase themselves and not the athletes, the 2023 South Florida Combine Series kicked off this exposure event on a rainy day at Ives Park.

By the time the three hours had finished, athletes tested, learned, competed, took photos and videos and promised that EVERY player who attended would get their name of repeatedly throughout their career at the high school level.

While many combine events are often not a pleasurable experience, players, parents, and those who came out put themselves on the radar left with a positive feeling.

For $40, it was indeed obvious that this day was ALL about the football players who came from Classes 2023-2027.

“When we run an event like this, the promises that are made are kept 100 percent,” Chambers said. “We teach these young men something, give them a barometer of where they are and will track them throughout their high school career.”

Coming from as far away as Connecticut, Orlando and Palm Bay and as close as Dr. Michael Krop, which sits in the background of this facility, each prospect who attended had nothing but positive things to say.

“What our objective has always been is to provide an experience and something that these young men and their families will remember a very longtime,” said Laz Suarez who produces the entire showcase via his Bleechr.com website and social media. “As we head toward West Palm Beach next month, it will once again be our objective to continue putting these student/athletes firmly on the map.”

IMPRESSIVE SHOWING FOR SEVERAL ATHLETES

As testing results will be posted along with video and photos of the day, college coaches who were not in attendance will have an idea what this day was all about.

As Florida Memorial University, MTI Prep, Atlantis Prep and the University of Fort Lauderdale came out watch, other schools will be watching and reading all about the three hours spent.

Orange Bowl community outreach efforts are comprised of four pillars: youth sports, fundraising and community events, academic programs and scholarships, and legacy gifts.
