When it comes to working hard for his players, there are very few coaches in south Florida that can match the energy and work ethic that veteran Hialeah American head football coach Tim Neal has.
Over the decades, while teaching and developing talent, Neal and his assistant coaches put in the time to help get the student/athletes noticed and in front of college coaches.
At recent small college recruiting fairs, Neal was there promoting and showcasing his prospects to colleges and universities.
While developing a winning program, Neal understands the importance of not only putting a solid product on the field but also making sure that his players have a chance to perform at the next level and receive an education.
Coming off a 4-6 season in 2025, the objective for the returning players and those newcomers is to get plenty of out of the off-season, so when the 2026 season begins in August, the Patriots will be improved and put themselves in a position where playing into November is a reality.
While there are going to be some young players on the roster, it will be the rising senior (2027) class that will dictate what happens this coming season. Here are some of those players to keep an eye on:
