There are very few football programs who have enjoyed the success that Hialeah Champagnat Catholic and Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna have.
When both “Lions” take the field, they will be going where very few have been that talented and fortunate to travel.
Combined, Champagnat Catholic and Chaminade-Madonna will both be playing in their fifth consecutive state championships. Champagnat Catholic beat Lakeland Victory Christian last year – and have won two of the past three 2A state titles.
Head Coach Hector Clavijo and his football team know Jacksonville University Christian very well – having split with the past two meetings.
For head coach Dameon Jones and his Chaminade-Madonna football team, it was not easy getting to Doak Campbell Stadium, especially when you have key injuries and a young team.
The Jacksonville University Christian that beat the Lions four years ago, will be the same team that will stand in the way from this program winning its fourth straight.
Wednesday, Dec. 16, 1 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 16, 7 p.m.
