Who Are The Top Players & What Roles Will They Play During The Season?
Champagnat Catholic 2023 WR Kelvin Blount An Emerging Standout

The one thing that we will continue to do during this pandemic and throughout the 2020 season is promote every athlete in south Florida.

No matter what class they play in – or what college they have in mind, we will promote EVERY PROSPECT in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Having the pleasure of watching more football prospects LIVE in game conditions than any other source, we discover much more than the athletes that are hyped and pushed out by every recruiting service and fan website.

Anyone can watch a film and be an “expert”, but very few can make the effort to promote prospects nobody sees or talks about by watching them play.

THE BLOUNT PROFILE

PLAYER: Kelvin Blount Jr.

POSITION: WR

SCHOOL: Hialeah Champagnat Catholic

CLASS: 2023

HEIGHT: 5-9

WEIGHT: 160

SCOUTING: If you have had the opportunity to watch the defending 2A state champion Champagnat Catholic play over the past few years, you already know that the Lions do not care what age or class you happen to be a part of – of you can play, you are thrust into the spotlight.

Some of the quality athletes through the years have played early and often.

Here is a classic example of giving a young player an opportunity as a freshman to get that experience, so when they return this year – as just a sophomore – they already have the experience under their belt.

This young man will continue to grow and mature – and as he does – he will gain confidence and become a major player for head coach Hector Clavijo and the Lions.

No matter if it’s from the slot or spread outside, he is up-and-coming impact player. He is also willing to pay his dues as a special teams player as well.
