THE SCOOP

From the beginning, this was never a program that put the fear into its opponents. But times have changed.

With tremendous coaching, solid prospects and a year-round commitment to getting better, this school, once known for the baseball program, is now something of an attraction in the fall as well.

What has happened is the talent on hand believes in the direction and are all willing to make the sacrifices needed to win football games – like they showed a year ago.

While nobody will mistake the Wildcats for a Northwestern of Central, the respect that they have gotten is well deserved and something that many hope will continue.
