Monday, September 22nd South Florida High School Sports Radio Show Rewind

Once again on Monday night the South Florida High School Sports Radio Show took center stage with seven impressive guests.

Each and every week, the FM 104.3 WQAM radio program attracts the newsmakers in high school sports, recruiting college sports – not only locally, but throughout the country.

The show gives listeners an opportunity to hear about college football programs statewide from the media that cover them. It also focuses on the coaches who use the state of Florida – Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in particular.

The show, which has run for nearly two decades, has become a popular listen for recruiting fans as well as high school sports purists, focusing on coaches and players in all sports.

Here is a look at the way Monday went:

The University of Central Florida is 3-0 as they head to Kansas State for the Big 12 opener this Saturday. Brandon Helwig from UCFSports.com talked about the team and season ahead.

It has been a tough start for Florida Atlamphintic University – with a key loss to rival FIU. The Owls will host unbeaten Memphis University this Saturday at home and Justin Backer from the Palm Beach Post talked about the game and season ahead.

After a 4-0 start, the University of Miami now takes this week off with a trip to Tallahassee for another nationally televised contest for all to see. Jazz Santana from the Sixth Ring Canes broke down the 4-0 start.
