It is a week that is devoted to the high school football teams in the Greater Miami Athletic Conference.
Programs matched against one another that brings more attention to one of the best football-playing areas in the nation.
For the past three years, the spotlight has fallen on this conference as all teams get the opportunity to play one another with rankings based in how programs have done so far this season with each program paired against another team that is at the same level.
This year’s event is once against spread over three days, and it all begins tonight with an outstanding matchup between No. 6 Miami Christopher Columbus, coached by Dave Dunn, and the No. 8 Miami Northwestern Bulls, with first year head coach Teddy Bridgewater at Traz Powell Stadium (7:00)
