Edison Looks To Make A Statement Today

When their game was postponed last Thursday due to bad weather, the Miami Edison Red Raiders were upset and frustrated.

While many of the experts have already made their decision on the fate of Edison’s football team in 2023.

Even though this team lost some key prospects from last season, head coach Luther Campbell and his program feel disrespected and knows that when given the opportunity, they will showcase plenty of talent and coaching. They are indeed hungry.

When they play host the North Miami today at 3:30 at their school, the Red Raiders are facing a team that won their district a year ago, and his continued to improve.

The 0-2 Pioneers showed plenty of character on the road last week before losing an overtime contest against Lakeland’s Lake Gibson.

They also come into the contest with plenty to prove as they look to defend their district title.

When they clash with Edison this afternoon (3:30), there is a sense that head coach Gerald Cox and his team can change the course of this season that is indeed young.
