Surprising Travis Burke Adds Muscle To South Broward For 2020

The great thing about football at the high school level is athletes can go through growth spurts and completely change the course of their future.

Between the end of one season – in December – and the start of spring – in May – athletes have been known to grow as many as five and six inches and put on 50 pounds.

Those athletes that many college coaches had asked: “if only they were three inches taller and 30 pounds heavier, they would be prospects” are now becoming a reality.

While this Covid-19 Pandemic has turned everyone’s world upside down, imagine the student/athlete, heading into their senior season, who went through a dramatic change. They really had nowhere to showcase that impressive change in body and maturity.

This happens every year and all over the country. Athletes watch their entire life change in five to six months.
