Plantation Junior Lineman Shomari Seymour Is Getting Plenty of National Recognition

The one thing that we will continue to do during this pandemic and throughout the 2020 season is promote every athlete in south Florida.

No matter what class they play in – or what college they have in mind, we will promote EVERY PROSPECT in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Having the pleasure of watching more football prospects LIVE in game conditions than any other source, we discover much more than the athletes that are hyped and pushed out by every recruiting service and fan website.

Anyone can watch a film and be an “expert”, but very few can make the effort to promote prospects nobody sees or talks about by watching them play.

SEYMOUR PROFILE

PLAYER: Shomari Seymour

POSITION: T/G

SCHOOL: Plantation

CLASS: 2022

HEIGHT: 6-5

WEIGHT: 280

SCOUTING: From the first time we watched him play, this was someone who automatically blew you away with his size, quickness and maturity.

His ability to pick things up quickly and learn what this team was doing on offense, gave him a huge advantage.

While veteran head coach Steve Davis rarely heaps praise on any of his young prospects, he didn’t hesitate to speak highly about this gifted young man.

In a sea of emerging big men in the 2022 class, here is an athletic and hard-working football talent who has an opportunity to be very special over the next two years.

Because the Colonels are loaded on defense, you know this coaching staff put this quality and versatile talent through everything, and made sure that he was battle tested and ready for just about anything he would face.

This will be a huge year for him as this talented football program, when play begins, will be in the mix, looking to get back in the playoffs once again.

Will start the season as one of the Top 100 prospects in the state of Florida – and as coaches watch him play, they will be impressed at everything he brings to the table.

Watching him a year ago, you could see – as a sophomore – that while he had plenty to learn, he was going to be special, and with hard work during this pandemic, college coaches will be very impressed when they watch him play.
