Elijah Miller Follows In The Footsteps of Some Talented Central Offensive Linemen

The one thing that we will continue to do during this pandemic and throughout the 2020 season is promote every athlete in south Florida.

No matter what class they play in – or what college they have in mind, we will promote EVERY PROSPECT in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Having the pleasure of watching more football prospects LIVE in game conditions than any other source, we discover much more than the athletes that are hyped and pushed out by every recruiting service and fan website.

Anyone can watch a film and be an “expert”, but very few can make the effort to promote prospects nobody sees or talks about by watching them play.

THE MILLER PROFILE

PLAYER: Elijah Miller

POSITION: OL

SCHOOL: Miami Central

CLASS: 2022

HEIGHT: 6-2

WEIGHT: 310

SCOUTING: If you have followed high school football in south Florida and witnessed the success of Miami Central, you already know that the Rockets’ offensive line is always among the best – and often the reason that this team moves the ball so well.

Last year – while the defense was coming together, with some young players, it was the offensive line that opened up holes against just about every opponent, especially in the state playoffs.

In the 6A state title game against Pensacola Escambia, it was the line that paved the way for well over 600 yards and 60 plus points.

With this young man, you have the same kind of prospect who has been successful in the past. Strong, athletic and quick – and also has an outstanding work ethic.

He certainly was one of the underclassmen, who stood out at Torrian Wilson’s lineman showcase at Carter Park in Fort Lauderdale last Saturday.

What makes him special is his technique, which we all know that has become a trademark of the lines at Central. The coaching that he has received and the competition that he went up against certainly helped him raise the bar.

Once a region of Florida that struggled to produce a stream of talent in the trenches, that is no longer the case – and Miller is one of those reasons why.
