While the Coronavirus is dictating high school football, across the country, we can understand the need for ongoing exposure.
Because we promote high school football in south Florida year-round, there is no need to stop right now.
In the coming weeks, we will have a brief look at the school in south Florida in a segment that we call “QUICK HITS”.
Today, our “QUICK HITS” heads back to Broward and Coral Springs Taravella.

SUMMARY: After advancing to the state playoffs for the first time in eight years, this is a program certainly on the rise – and loaded with plenty of potential.
With easily one of the top head coaches in south Florida, the one-time Blanche Ely and Clemson standout has given this program an opportunity to grow and compete year round.
Whether it’s taking his teams out of state – or getting them to as many off season events as possible, the recipe for getting better has been followed, and as the 2020 season draws closer, this is a team that is certainly looking to get back to where they were a year ago.
Talent on both sides of the ball – mixed in with a solid combination of youth and veteran players and leadership will only enhance the Trojans this year and into the future.
