QUICK HITS – Somerset Academy Pembroke Pines Looks To Build Off A Successful 2019 Season

While the Coronavirus is dictating high school football, across the country, we can understand the need for ongoing exposure.

Because we promote high school football in south Florida year-round, there is no need to stop right now.

In the coming weeks, we will have a brief look at the school in south Florida in a segment that we call “QUICK HITS”.

Today, our “QUICK HITS” starts the week with a trip to Pembroke Pines and a look at Somerset Academy.

SUMMARY: Nitro Baker’s first head coaching job went exactly like many who have followed him throughout the past few years, felt it would.

Here is someone who learned the game by being around some of the most respected coaches and talented players in the nation.

Winning seven games in his inaugural season only illustrated what this outstanding coach will be all about. Hard work and organization have been paramount.

Combining his football knowledge with hard work in the classroom will only add up to success in the coming years for this program.

This is a team that lost a few key players, but there is enough talent returning – young and veteran for this program to continue making a statement.
