QUICK HITS – North Miami Is Looking To Rebound & Make The State Playoffs In 2020

While the Coronavirus is dictating high school football, across the country, we can understand the need for ongoing exposure.

Because we promote high school football in south Florida year-round, there is no need to stop right now.

In the coming weeks, we will have a brief look at the school in south Florida in a segment that we call “QUICK HITS”.

SUMMARY: No doubt that there was plenty of disappointment last year for this program – after a spring that appeared to be something special and loaded with impressive football talent.

Right after spring ended, 14 starters and impressive reserves transferred out, leaving this team wondering what would happen during the course of a year, and while they didn’t make the playoffs, the players and coaches who stayed a remained loyal, rallied to make the year more interesting and competitive than many felt it would be.

Even through a losing season, the Pioneers managed to stay in the playoff hunt until the final weeks of the season.

As the 2020 season is on the horizon, there is a lot more optimism – and the talent that is on hand, along with a few new faces set to join the team in the summer/fall, this could be a very interesting year for a program that continues to attract some quality talent.
