THE HURRICANES

Moments after their first win of the season, head coach Terron Colson and his staff quickly focused on the next game.

Building a program that has not had success since starting a few years a back truly gives you little time to reflect, and if this team is to have any success in the future, it will take a year-round effort.

With an underclass-heavy roster, the aim for this season is to teach, learn and get the table set – with plenty of Class of 2024, 2025 and 2026 prospects who are starting to buy in.

As this season will provide plenty of challenges with several programs on the way up, the Hurricanes cannot be consumed with wins and losses. Not this year. It’s all about developing with several key football players who are looking to be a part of a positive future.
