Eddy Cachon Continue To Emerge Up Front For Gulliver Prep In 2020

We have gone over it plenty during the past few years – especially here in the off season - about the offensive line position in south Florida.

Because of the elite talent that we have in this region of the country, record numbers of college coaches head south to see some of the outstanding prospects that continue to emerge.

While these colleges are checking out some of those impressive prospects, they also get the chance – firsthand – to see that in south Florida, and throughout the state, the offensive line position is starting to be a place to create a pipeline and change the look of teams nationally – just like running backs, receivers and defensive backs have long done.

With the exposure that comes along with the programs here in south Florida, linemen are getting more attention than ever before.

CLASS: 2021

HEIGHT: 6-3

SCOUTING: Because we have the honor of watching as many as 70 high school football teams play live during the course of a season in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, the opportunity for exposure and uncovering some under-the-radar players is something that truly puts us in a position where we have been for 50 years.

Evaluating up-and-coming football players has helped many of these youngsters, who lack exposure, get on the map, and here is one of those impressive football players who has gotten his chance to jump into the spotlight – by performing well against top-flight competition.

A quality football player who combines skill level with the ability to pick up things quickly and benefitting from having big time coaching.

Make no mistake, he has jumped onto the radar because he has put in the time to get better, combining tremendous athletic ability. This is truly someone who has elevated head coach Earl Sims and his football program over the past year.

When looking at some of the top offensive line prospects this coming season, here is one to add to that list – that seems to be growing each and every year.
